ServiceNow really inspired us with their Emergency Response applications that were released to help organizations manage the impacts of COVID-19. After some time reviewing the apps as a team we decided to roll up our sleeves and do what we do best. The results? A whole lot of fun and a new app on the store!

Here’s an overview of what’s included:

  • A new portal for employees and managers to report and view health status information as well as knowledge articles.
  • A configurable self-service triage wizard from our friends at GlideFast Consulting that guides employees through a questionnaire in our portal and provides next step recommendations based on answers captured.
  • Functionality that connects ServiceNow’s Self Report, Exposure Management and Emergency Outreach applications allowing organizations to leverage the applications more efficiently and effectively.

Thanks to ServiceNow for launching the apps so quickly. And thanks to our friends at GlideFast Consulting for the self triage function, which is a great addition to our employee portal.
